How can I register?
Can I buy a day ticket / partial services?
Registration for the METEC & 4th ESTAD is carried out exclusively by our online registration form which will be available in time.
If you are accepted as a speaker or chairman of the METEC & 4th ESTAD please use only the registration with the access we have sent to you. This is the only way you can benefit from the reduced conference fee.
When will the registration start?
1-day-tickets are not available.
A booking for individual presentations is not possible. It is not possible to book the event without catering.
Can I cancel my participation?
Registration begins in the spring of 2019. We will inform all registered contacts with a newsletter. If you have not received any information to METEC & 4th ESTAD 2019 yet, you can use the "Keep me informed" contact form.
Can you issue me a letter of invitation for my visa application?
Free of charge cancellation is not possible, although you can select a replacement free of charge.
How do I know that my registration was successful?
Yes. Please send us an e-mail with a scan of your passport to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you the invitation letter as an electronic document via Email. Please have in mind that the conference fee have to be paid before we can send the invitation letter. The processing will take a few days, please consider this in your schedule. Please note that Saturdays and Sundays are not working days.
After you register you will immediately receive a confirmation with an invoice to the specified email address (and, if spezified, to the registered alternative email address). If you do not receive this, please check your spam folder. If no confirmation is received, please contact us (email@example.com).
